Our Story

Founded in early 2021, Form Off-Site Solutions started as the forward-thinking off-site manufacturing arm of JE Dunn Construction. Our journey began with a focus on supporting JE Dunn projects by fabricating essential components, primarily wood elements for formwork and rough carpentry. From there, it expanded into metal fabrication almost by accident with a one-off project request, and it was off to the races.

We quickly saw the opportunity to do more than just cut parts to size and shifted our focus to building complete assemblies. We invested heavily in design expertise, bringing together a team of registered architects, structural engineers, and Design for Manufacturing (DfM) experts. This allowed us to automate the fabrication process and reimagine and improve component designs for faster, safer, and more efficient installation.

Unlike others who outsource or simply manage the process, anything Form designs, we can build with our own people. At Form, we believe the best solutions are built at the intersection of design, innovation, and manufacturing, and our greatest value lies in guiding clients to smarter, more impactful outcomes. We don’t just manufacture products, we solve problems by delivering solutions that create certainty, enhance value, and maximize safety.
